Disclaimer

I don't draw NSFW, extreme gore, hateful imagery, or NFTs. I'm fine with anything else.
The commission will be canceled if the client doesn't respond to communication for any longer than 30 days.

Payment

TAT varies depending on the complexity of the piece, usually ranging from 1-4 weeks.
Any deadlines must be reasonable and given beforehand.
When commissioning, I'll need either visual references of the character or a detailed description of what you'd like.
I'm open to back and forth during the sketch stage. For anything after, only minor adjustments are allowed. (i.e. missing details, color corrections)
Major revisions will be an additional charge of $5-10
Cancellations/refunds are allowed only if I haven't started yet, or if I am unable to complete said commission.
Finished artwork will be sent through either dropbox link or email in PNG/JPG.

Rights/Usage

I reserve all rights copyright related, while the finished commission is property of the client.
Your piece may be posted to social media or placed in my gallery (with watermark) unless told beforehand
Reposting(with credit) and use as pfp/banner is okay. Printing may be only for personal use.
All commissions will be for personal use only. Commercial rates start at +100%
Do not claim my artwork as your own
The piece cannot be used to train AI/AI datasets of any kind, be used/sold as an NFT, or used/sold for crypto currency purposes of any kind.
